DISCLAIMER & TERMS OF SERVICE: By scheduling any service offered, communicating with Eden Sustin, and/or paying for any services Eden Sustin offers, you are stating that you have read this legal disclaimer and Eden Sustin’s terms of service ("Agreement"), that you understand, voluntarily and willingly enter into, agree with, and accept the following:  1. You are 18 years of age or older. 2. 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed. By its very nature, working with Spirit and with psychic energy requires the participation of at least one human and humans are imperfect creatures. All messages and information come in Light and Love with the sole purpose of enlightenment, inspiration, integration, clarification, connection and edification, but they must be interpreted first by an imperfect human channel and then by the intended recipient. While Eden Sustin possess a high level of accuracy and has a lifetime of experience interpreting the messages she receives and the energy patterns she reads, 100% accuracy cannot be guaranteed. You acknowledge and understand that Eden Sustin is not a licensed therapist nor does she retain any other license of any type. Nothing is definite. Your own free will, choices you make, and the nature of life itself can alter the course of your Path. Anyone who guarantees 100% accuracy is being less than honest. Remember: Anything that can be foreseen can be changed. 3. Any information you receive from any and all communication or consultations with Eden Sustin is for educational, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only and is not intended to, nor should it ever, take the place of any medical, legal, financial, traditional psychological or other professional advice. While Eden Sustin takes her work very seriously, she will not accept and you acknowledge and agree that she shall not be responsible for any decisions made or actions taken by you or anyone based upon consultations or communications with her. The choices you make and the actions you take are solely your responsibility. You agree to completely hold blameless, harmless and absolutely indemnify, Eden Sustin, her business and practice from any and all liabilities, claims and expenses for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the information and services provided to you by Eden Sustin as well as any breach by you of any covenant, term and/or condition contained in this Agreement. 4. Fees for services must be received on the day of service, cash, checks made payable to cash (at your own risk if mailing), Paypal friends and family, Venmo or Zelle are the only accepted methods of payment. Sessions/Reads can be done either in-person, through SKYPE, FaceTime or over the phone. If you are scheduled for an in-person session, you may bring your payment to your appointment. Give 24 hours’ notice if you should need to cancel your scheduled service or should Eden Sustin need to cancel your scheduled service, you will be offered the option of rescheduling that service. If your scheduled service is not rescheduled any payment received will be promptly refunded. 5. Any and all correspondence between yourself and Eden Sustin is intended for you only. Copyright laws and confidentiality agreements apply. 6. The client may use a recording device during communications, reads, and/or sessions for the purposes of record keeping and to assist in the process of the services she provides. These recordings and all other personal information is kept strictly confidential at all times. You fully understand and agree to this. 7. You have had the opportunity to ask questions and you fully understand and of your own free will choose to enter into this legally binding disclaimer and all stated terms of service.
 8. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE, AGREE AND ACCEPT THAT ANY AND ALL SERVICES PERFORMED OR PROVIDED TO YOU BY EDEN SUSTIN ARE DONE SO WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. EDEN SUSTIN DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OF HER SERVICES OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF HER SERVICES OR THE CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR OTHERWISE OF HER SERVICES. YOU UNDERSTAND, ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL AT ALL TIMES ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR USE AND/OR RELIANCE UPON ANY SERVICES AND INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU BY EDEN SUSTIN AND THAT EDEN SUSTIN SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE NOR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO ANY SERVICES AND/OR INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU AND/OR YOUR RELIANCE UPON SAME. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL EDEN SUSTIN BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE (INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH) RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF HER SERVICES.
