CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY:

• All non-emergency cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to provide such notice will result in a cancellation fee of $55.

• The $55 cancellation fee must be paid in full prior to rescheduling any future session. Failure to remit the cancellation fee will result in the forfeiture of the right to reschedule.

• In the event of two consecutive non-emergency cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, a non-refundable deposit of $150 will be required to secure a future session. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the next scheduled session.

• Refunds will not be provided for any cancellation fees or deposits paid under this policy.
