CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY:

All non-emergency cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Failure to provide such notice will result in a cancellation fee of $55.

The $55 cancellation fee must be paid in full prior to rescheduling any future session. Failure to remit the cancellation fee will result in the forfeiture of the right to reschedule.

In the event of two consecutive non-emergency cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, a non-refundable deposit of $150 will be required to secure a future session. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of the next scheduled session.

Refunds will not be provided for any cancellation fees or deposits paid under this policy.
